DDAccelerator is a transnational incubation and acceleration program aimed at fostering innovation in the Danube region. It provides technology-based teams with mentorship, workshops, access to facilities, and networking opportunities to help them grow and scale their startup ideas. DDAccelerator is part of the CapTTict project which aims to bridge the regional innovation differences in Europe.
There will be three cohorts at the DDAccelerator in 2025, meaning, you’ll have three opportunities to apply for the program. We recommend applying as early as you feel prepared, because if you don’t get selected, you can incorporate the feedback you receive during the selection process, increasing your chances of getting into the next program.

The three accelerators will follow the same structure of offering 8 workshops, 4 inspirational webinars, 8 one-on-one personalized mentoring sessions, and providing access to facilities. The speakers and mentors for each program will, however, be selected based on the specific attributes of the cohort so that you get the most tailored experience.

Startups also gain access to a powerful network of mentors, experts, investors, and fellow entrepreneurs.

No, your team doesn’t need to have a fully developed product, but it should have a clear concept and be at a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of at least 4. This means your project should have a proof of concept or a working prototype.
No, participation in the DDAccelerator is free of charge. Our goal is to support teams and early-stage startups by providing them with the resources and network they need to succeed.
